HERE In cairo egypt i called 180(fire department) the phone was busy!!! i called 122(police) THEY PUT ME ON HOLD!!!! I called 126(tourist police) THERE WAS NO ANSWER!!! and i called the ambulance(123) I HAD THE PHONE ON MY EAR FOR 6 RINGS and then i finally hung up....i was just calling tho to prove a point

Why do you call it the 911 system? I saw no 9's in those #'s?
Sounds to me like you should relocate to somewhere the gov't tries to get to things a bit quicker!
