You can't guess nationality. Anyone can live anywhere.
But ethnicity isn't too hard to guess, I'd say the girl in the picture is something Scandinavian. Maybe English, Scottish or Irish.
But she's probably an American and a mix of a lot of things.

the trick with Asian people...Vietnamese people usually are the easiest to tell apart, they're somewhat darker...I guess that being Chinese it's easier to tell Asians apart, I find it pretty easy but it's hard to be sure in every single case. and I think the asker's Polish...I dunno?

I can't with caucasians. I'm korean, and it's actually really easy for me to see who's chinese, japanese, or korean.
