This question causes memories to become as vivid as the clearness of the day. But with that said, I will say I have not. But I do remember a rude lady causing a customer servive lady to cry.

A couple of years ago I was working at wal-mart and one day i was stationed as a greeter at the front doors, part of the job is to check peoples bags when the anti-theft beepers go off.

Anyway I had to stop an elderly man whom i didn't believe stole anything, but nevertheless, I had to check if his tags were deactivated and he gave me a really hard time, i didn't think much of it, i was used to that, but a couple of hours later he came back and apologized for being rude and shook my hand and all that jazz, it was awesome that he realized he was being a jerk, and apologized.

I have been rude. But I knew I was and just figured that is what they get paid for. How boring would I be if I went home and sat down, opened a bottle of wine and said to myself....wow I was really rude. Wouldn't I have anything better to think about?
