I have over 100 pimples if not more all over my butt cheeks. My nrighbor donna jean told me if I rub bacon grease all over it that it will extract the oils and the pimples will go away. Well She told me that when I only had a few pimples and they are worse. Did I use the wrong type of bacon grease? Was I supposed to cook the grease more? in the meantime can I start popping the pimples to kill time?

You poor dear. You've been following the wrong remedy. Bacon grease is good only for facial acne.
For your particular problem, you should be using Cheese Whiz.

Try sum Ambi, or some Palmers coa-coa butter, If u going to get a bleaching cream make sure it's a good one, because some bleaching creams will make the dark spots even darker. Hope that helps...

If they are on your butt, they probably are heat pimples and when it gets cooler, they should get better. If they don't, go see a dermatologist.
P.S. Either you are dumb for doing that, full of crap, or your neighbor is dumb. You decide...
