Just to clear this question up some more for more understanding. I know that NAMBLA is not a government organization but Child Prostitution and Molestation is against the law in this country. NAMBLA promotes that.

Freedom of Speech yes when its not promoting sodomizing young boys How far will we let this type of nonsense go on (NAMBLA) what in the f--- is that all about . Even the liberals cant defend them!! So if everyone disagrees its wrong, than why does it continue to operate? Need some common sense back in this country, the politically correct bull---- has got to go. Worry more about hurting a nuts feelings, than protecting the innocent , in this case young children. What is it going to take, to change I guess we are all guilty at one time or another for not voting. Good and sense would prevail if we just all voted!!

That's a really awful question. That's more like a declaration of your ideas. Delightful, then, is the irony of it all.

Did you see how you called them "sickos" up there? Okay. Good. Now, go look out your window and see if the cops are heading your way to throw you in the can.

No?

THAT'S freedom of speech at work. I, for one, am happy to live where I get to say things like, "those NAMBLA people are a bunch of blathering turds," without fear of government reprisal. It's not because they really are a bunch of blathering turds (which I truly believe they are), it's because my opinion is protected.

Child solicitation is another thing entirely. That's illegal. It's also the calling card of a complete turd of a human.

The only thing you're not supposed to talk about is CSS algorithms. But that's a whole different debate.

Oh great here we go with this one, didnt south park do an episode on this. The government walks a fine line on how they enforce a lot of the laws. I am sure the ACLU and the government have an agreement the nambla guys dont get too outrageous and we dont arrest them. That way its quietly swept under the rug and the ACLU doesnt take the hit for defending child molestors. Win Win right the govenment I am sure keeps tabs on them.

Yee,what a disgusting site. The pro is that now we can watch these a..... and the police can too easily.
However I think they are sadly protected by Freedom of Speech but any good government can harass these idiots anyway. They should be treated as the communists were decades ago.Meaning that they would lose their job and if they try to seek employment somewhere a police officer talks to the future employer and makes clear the IRS for example and all other agencies will watch him very and extremely close if he hires this loser.
They could also follow them wherever they go and make them break down with paranoia until they go to a mental hospital where they belong.Children can not protect themselves.I take it also very personal that these turds want to make a connection between their sick idea's and Gay emancipation.

I think this quote sums it up the best...
"America isn't easy. America is advanced citizenship. You gotta want it bad, 'cause it's gonna put up a fight. It's gonna say "You want free speech? Let's see you acknowledge a man whose words make your blood boil, who's standing center stage and advocating at the top of his lungs that which you would spend a lifetime opposing at the top of yours. You want to claim this land as the land of the free? Then the symbol of your country can't just be a flag; the symbol also has to be one of its citizens exercising his right to burn that flag in protest. Show me that, defend that, celebrate that in your classrooms. Then, you can stand up and sing about the "land of the free"."

If you want your freedom you have to make allowances for other peoples' freedom. I don't agree with NAMBLA and i may find it personally offensive but i respect their rights.

Freedom isn't easy.

The U.S.Surpreme Court has long ago decided that advocacy in the changing of a law is guaranteed under the constitutions freedom of speech.
Therefore, it`s constitutional to advocate exonerating a person who advocates change in marijuana laws, but as soon as that person actually sells a pound of pot, he is liable to àrrest and prosecution.

NAMBLA is not a government organization, so your question is irrelevant. But thanks for the two points.
