In the AL I think the White Sox will hold off the Red Sox and Twins. The Red Sox are just too old, and the Twins will run out of gas, especially with Liriano starting to break down.
In the NL I think the Phillies will make a run at it. Now that Abreu and Lidle are gone, and the rest of the roster doesn't have to worry about the distraction of being rumored in trades, they'll take advantage of a very weak division and go on a run.
