I truly can understand how you feel. My periods were terrible every month. It was so bad sometimes that I would get nauseated and I could bearly walk. I hated it. Sometimes I would put a hot water bottle over my abdomen to relieve my pain, but that didn't always work! Aleve is an over-the-counter medicine that is supposed to be the same as the prescription drug, Anaprox. I used the Anaprox and that was the only pill that worked for me! But, as with any medication, there are side effects.
My daughter swears by Midol. You can buy it over the counter. She used to take a prescription medication for cramps, but switched to Midol. She says it works really well for her. But everyone is different. It's worth a try.
You really should ask your doctor what he recommends for you. Whatever you try, I hope it will give you some relief! Much luck!!

From what I recognize you simply began having intervals. It is thoroughly traditional what you're going even though, from a further females's point of view. Women are a bowl filled with hormones always. Your frame goes by way of fundamental alterations. It might take a month or perhaps a yr to your frame to keep an eye on what it's going by way of. You don't seem to be the one females to have a couple of interval in a month, and also you obviously is probably not the final. Sometimes you can also no longer have a interval for a month. Women's' our bodies are regularly replacing and regulating their selves. It is the lovely and disturbing aspect approximately being a lady. I might self have had 2 in a single month, than none the following month. Within the beyond yr, the date of mine has converted a few occasions. It was within the core, than it switched to he fifth or sixth for approximately 6 months, than two months in the past I begin at the twenty eighth. It is rather complicated and fear a few however do not be concerned over your frame is simply adapting to alterations. If you're fairly involved and nonetheless no longer comforted speak in your mom or huge sister. If you are not able to due that speak in your institution nurse or a instructor you're nearly. A institution consul or may additionally provide you know-how on a nearby Dr. that might reply any further questions you'll have. Hope that is helping.

I am not supposed to answer your question but since you are suffering so I can not just keep mum. For your ailment, take one tablet each of EVECARE and GERIFORTE (By Himalaya an Herbal Health Care Company in India) twice a day with water after meal until you feel better. Avoid taking Allopathic medicines because they do not cure but only supress the disorder. There are some proven Ayurvedic medicines also but I don't know if you get them in your country. Take care and be in good health.

Sure thing-take Motrin (ibuprofin) or even better, Aleve, as soon as you think you are starting to cramp. These two kinds of pain relievers work to PREVENT pain, unlike Tylenol or asprin which relieve it after it has begun. Take the smallest effective dose, but take it as often as the bottle tells you (like one every 8-12 hours for Aleve) for as many days as you usually cramp.
For me, I take prescription strength Aleve for 3 days every month, 1 pill twice a day for the day before my period and then for the two days I usually have cramps. If your pain is very bad, like you can't work or go to school because of it, then see your GYN, it may be something that can be treated. Treatment = less pain. For me, treatment for endometriosis was surgery and more effective pain relievers.

Ibuprofen, and exercise (Crunches). When you exercise, it kind of works with the cramping muscles, so you don't really feel it anymore. Oh, and the ibuprofen thins the blood so there's not so much pressure (which really increases the pain coming from the cramps)
