Yes. It was Friday night and two members of the football team started swinging fists, shoving each other and throwing everything they could find in the bar.

We were close to the exit, so we stepped outside as all heck broke loose.

It was less than 30 seconds before a lone cop arrived to stop the fight. That was a night I gained so much respect for the police because I would not have wanted his job and yet he proformed it with the utmost professionalism. After the two combatants were removed from the bar, we left the scene to go some place quieter.

Unfortunately yes Quite a few but that is because I am a qualified bouncer,

I hate violence and only decided to take my qualification because no one else were brave enough to (I work in the public sector as a skilled worker not a full time door man). I have been involved in people trying to glass me and batter me with both bar stalls and bowling balls, but the scariest moment was when a known nutter pulled a knife on me.

I have never been injured (yet) but I know the day will come, ask me why I do it and I can safely say it is because I don't want others to be hurt. Look after others and one day they may look after you.

I"ve played in several different bands and I can think of a couple of times where we were playing when a fight broke out. The last time, half the bar got into it, and we just kept on playing.

Yes. I dove under a pool table with a pool stick, and when anybody peeked under, I slapped the bottom of the pool table with the cue stick. They all backed off, and I stayed there until the fight simmered down.

Yep, several times. Been injured and beaten up badly more than once. Never started any fight though... except one four years ago and he soooo deserved a beating. I usually get hit trying to stop fights!
