And just in case you think I just made the last two up!:

A bit of fat pork or bacon used in larding.

bombardon
1. A brass instrument resembling a tuba but with a lower pitch; a bass or contrabass tuba.
2. A 16- or 32-foot reed stop on an organ

(Sorry, but I cannot find any dictionary entries for many of the words Tom listed.)

You could also use the colloquial forms of some words ending with -ing (though there aren't too many that would work):
(safe)guardin', regardin', (dis)cardin', bombardin'

Note that the final vowel in all these words (whether spelled with o or e) is hardly pronounced at all (a swallowed "schewa" sound). Thus you could write the words phonetically as [GAR -d'n] and the like.

This means that a two-word rhyme in which the second word is "on" is NOT an exact rhyme, because the 'swallowed vowel' (written simply as ' above) in not the same as the "ah" sound in "on".

If you do not mind less exact rhymes, you might use an expression with "in" at the end since the short i is closer to the schewa sound. Short u or e could also work. Thus a two-word phrase ending with the word "den" or "done" might work.

Other 'near rhymes' would include:
carton (or "cartin' [short for"carting"], (dis)hearten, marten, parton, smarten, sparten, tartan

and "warden" (whose "ar" sounds more like "or")
