I would get something middle of the line at least or top of the line if you can afford it. technology changes fast. I recommend the Intel Pentium 4 processor with ht technology If it is for more than one person get a dual core processor

I would spend a few more bucks and get an Intel Pentium 4. It will be more reliable and allow you to run more applications.
