There's no better computer manufacturer than Hewlett-Packard. Shop direct at: http://www.hpshopping.com
You can also find exclusive HP deals at: http://www.circuitcity.com http://www.compusa.com and http://www.officedepot.com
Another good place to shop for computers is Costco at the Warehouse or online at: http://www.costco.com Out of all of the merchants listed, Costco is the best with a return policy on computers for up 6-months.
Another of my favorites is Sony VAIO {i own one} you can get them and the same retailers listed above and directly from Sony at: http://www.sonystyle.com
Don't get a Dell, their Laptops are literally exploding, the battery packs are defective.

Build your own! It is easy, You get what YOU want, at the PRICE YOU want to pay, and you get the priceless understanding of what to do.
At lest try building one on paper.
www.directron.com
www.new.egg.com
Look up each part, computer case, ect, ect.
Copy and paste it into a word document. Copy URL for the page and paste it over the item.
Do this for ever thing that you think goes inside the computer.
You will end up with a document of the computer that you built.
use this site to help you:

Google it dude..
And it also depends on where you stay.. IF you are in the US, there are lots of websites which delivr only to the US.. Or go to the website of the product you want to buy. For eg. www.hp.com
You could buy all your HP hardware from here, and it would be better too cause then you can customize it the way you want.
It would be easier for you to google it than ask here...
