This will probably be my simplest answer of the night:
No! and My God no!
Avoid flirting with him, and don't play his feelings. You are on solid moral ground.

Most nice looking women with wealthy men are just prostitutes under a different name which would be called a "wife".
Don't try and pretend. If the woman nice looking and the guy is average no matter if they are the same age or she is young... the trade becomes SECURITY from him traded for HER body from her.
...but I am all for it. Hey, you can let a poor guy use you for fun or a rich guy use you for fun and at least with the rich guy you have a nice place to live, a lot less worries, less of a chance of being getting a beatin' for a loser down on life and you can go shoppin'
POWER TO YOU CUTE LADIES !!!
Sorry to you ugly ladies... life is tough and you are going to live a hard life just cause you don't look pretty enough. You know it is true.

No...i dont think so since u pay him back. But if u really dont want anything to do with him then u need to stop providing an avenue of communication ie borrowing money from him...just try to keep away from him as much as u can.

If you can ignore the fact that he was testing the water, to see what he could get away with, then go ahead. Pay it back, and he has no reason to bother you. If he tries again, then ignore the heck out of him. You are smart to stay away from a married man, even if he is your own age.

You don't borrow money from a sugar daddy. You don't pay sugar daddies back. You have nothing to feel guilty about unless you have not been paying him back.

It doesn't seem you are in a relationship with him and he is a co-worker. But I would be care full of owing him and he want to collect the interest some day.

YES! He may see it as blackmail. You can't have a healthy normal friendship with him. He wanted to take advantage of you, but you turned him down. No, you are taking advantage of HIM.
Mixed signals? Loud ones. Stop it.
