It depends on which restroom I'm in. The one in the hall is my pee pee room so the lid stays up. The one in the master bedroom is hers so I put it down.

Really it should be the womans place to relift the lid after she uses it. Why should it be the fault that women are not smart enough to put the lid back down before they set down or complain if a guy forgets to lift it and pees on the lid? Seems women have the problem not the men. But still our fault.

Humm Quit complaining and lift the lid after you use it or let us have on of our own and you stay out of there.

I never understood this. Why do they have to do that? What's the point? The toilet seat (WC) is in the toilet where it's supposed to be. It's not like it's built in the living room or something. !!!

i put the seat and the cover down when not in use, toilet seats have covers for a reason and one day this stupid *ss debate will end when people realize this, besides the one day you lose control of your toothbrush and it flies out of your hands towards the toilet you'll thank me for this information

You better believe it. I don't need WW3 with 2 women in the house. That is how I have survived in a 43 year marriage.

it's unhygenic to not put the lid down so I put the lid down when I flush to avoid splashbacks. If you ever go to the toilet naked and you flush, you'll see why I put the lid down and you should too!
