There is no such thing in Islam, so it's a stupid question.
Islam does not accept, condone or encourage conversion by force.
Maybe individuals do, but not Islam, because unlike Christianity, it does not claim it's the one and only truth, and is tolerant of other religions, because it sees more agreement than difference in them. It does not believe other religions are evil.
Islam encourages self-development, self-enlightenment, and embraces scientific study. One proof of this that we herited is that today you do your mathematics in school with arabic numerical system, not roman digits.
Learn the difference between causality and correlation when you try to understand today's state of the world in the middle east, which has nearly everything to do with Israel, and nothing with religion (since there are probably more similarities between islam and judaism, than there is between judaism and christianity.. from selam=shalom, to circumcisions and other overlap, unaccepted divine state of Jesus and other similarities not found in christianity).

Hope and pray it never catches on in the USA
There is to many people who are seeing it for what it is.
It will never come to the mass of people, just the oposite the people are about to abolish it. They keep pushing and pushing in every country and soon everyone is going to get tiried of it.
It may back fire and the slogan will be get out of it or die

If you would formulate your question with McDonald instead of Islam, it would be much more realistic. And easier.
It is too difficult to imagine the situation you presented, we live with Muslims together for ages, in peace. Many Catholics are aggressive here however.
