First, dont freak out. A little bleeding after sex is normal during pregnancy.
Your OB probably has a nurse hotline or something. I would call that and ask their opinion. If they do not have that, then I would wait until tomorrow and call to make an appointment to come in just in case (and to ease your mind). But I do not think runningot the ER (unless you are having mojor bleeding or pain/cramps witt the bleeding, or if it lasts longer than 24 hours and gets heavier too) is necessary.
Good luck!

I'm an OB nurse and have also been the ER before having a miscarriage and I can tell you they are never happy to see pregnant women there. They are usually too busy with heart attacks, traumas and stabwounds to deal with a miscarriage which will happen regardless of medical treatment. The L&D floor will not take you until 20 weeks. The ER will make sure you are not bleeding to death and send you home.
Call your OB and hopefully the OB or the nurse can call you back. At least ask if you can be seen in the morning (or Monday I guess). A little spotting is not that bad, but if you are cramping too that is not a very good sign. At 2 months pregnant, if a miscarriage is happening there is little you can do to save it. Rest, feet up, lots of fluids but that's about it.

Was it heavy bleeding or spotting? Spotting is normal, and okay. Heavy bleeding is not. The spotting is caused by "trauma" to the cervix during intercourse. Heavy bleeding that requires a pad change is serious. If that's the case you need to see a doctor. Having sex will not cause a miscarriage. If it is a miscarriage, chances are there was something chromosomally wrong with the fetus and it's nature's way of saying it wouldn't work. Good luck to you!

As you have a weaker cervix than normal you better don't have sex during the first few weeks of pregancy. Most women miscarry in the first 3 months.
I suggest to see a doctor if it doesn't stop bleeding after two or three hours. If you get pains you better go immediately.

If you are two months along you should have seen a doctor by now. Call s/he.
If you are overly concerned go to the hospital. It is probably nothing, but could be a sign of infection/miscarriage, problem with the cervix.
It is most likely worse for you to be fretting and stressing (I would be crying in your situation) and sit around doing so for the next 24 or more hours until the doctor office opens, than the bleeding itself.
Please call your doctor and/or hospital to get reassurance.
Good luck.

The cervix tends to get thin during pregnancy, thus, there might be occassional (light) bleeding after intercourse. To be safe, however, it is important to contact your OBGYN and discuss the issue with him or her so as to be sure there is not some other problem. He or she will let you know if you should go to the ER.

This happened to me too when I was about 2 months pregnant. Its just that your cervix is more sensitive to sex. Just see your doctor to be sure. But I had spot bleeding for like a day and he had just told me to not have sex for a while.

A little blood is normal after intercoruse during pregnancy, but if it's a lot, or you're worried you should call your doctor, or go to the ER.
