Bluetooth is like USB: it's basically all the same and every device uses the same frequency so they're all compatible.
The only major difference in phones is what they are coded to be able to do (like transfer files or just stream voice).
The major difference between headsets is basically their capability to play music from off of the phone and the battery life. Expect to pay about $40 for a decent one or around $150 for a premium one.

Its capatable with pretty much any bluetooth enabled device. Get whatever you can afford.
