Toothpaste works on pimples much in the same way that clay facial masks do, by drawing out impurities, oil, and dirt that get stuck in the pores of the skin. If you decide to go the toothpaste route, make sure you get paste and not gel, and try to get the plainest, least fancy stuff you can. You don't need breath freshening action on your face! Personally, I recommend doing once or twice weekly clay facial masks. They work great, and are made specifically for facial skin.

I personally have not tried using toothpaste on pimples. So, I cannot say for certain if it works, but I've heard of that remedy before. However, I prefer using an invisible remedy on blemishes. Try ProActive Solution instead. My son had very good results with it, and he never had an oder of mint about him!!!

It probably gets rid of them because it does a great job of preventing them... I've never gotten a pimple on any of my teeth!
Honestly, I have no idea but I took a cheap shot at a bad joke.

No, but if you feed your face to your dog,
that'll solve the problem.
