Not sending bills, not resloving questions I ask customer service, turning my phones off for no reason, giving 10 answers to the same question.

nope, people get screwed everyday by big companies like cingular, Tmobile, Nextel. its just the american way. you should get a pay as you go plan with virgin, you can just connect the phone account to your credit card, and it will automatically charge you about 10 cents for a text message and about 10 cents a minute directly from your card. i like it alot, its very simple.

too many taxes and surcharges on CINGULAR bills. T-MOBILE service is good and the bills are very clear. I have TMOBILE $39.99 with 1000 minutes. If I dont go over the minutes I get around $50.00 for each month. very reasobale. Although lot of people say Verizon is good, verizon doesnt work inside my apartment while Tmobile and Cingular works.
