You need to have the bobbin w/ thread on it in the right space. Then you usually put the spool of thread on the spot on top of the machine, toward the right side. You probably need the specific instructions for the machine you have. You basically loop the top thread throught all the spaces it needs to go then thread it through the needle. Then you turn the round thing on the right of the machine to make the needle go up and down. You need to get the top thread to hook on the bobbin thread. Then you can sew.

Starting from the top spool holder, follow the natural progression logically. The first important and possibly trickiest challenge will be threading through the tension guides properly. You can check to see if you have threaded it properly if there is some tension when you tug gently on the thread. If there is no resistance, try another way. The thread should go next through the mechanism that pulls up as the needle goes up and down as the needle goes down. Finally the thread must go through the last guide to the eye of the needle most directly and smoothly. If you thread it backwards the thread will knot.
The bobbin it is quite tricky but the thread should be inserted so that it runs naturally forward. It won't work otherwise and it is not always obvious. You can figure it out by experimenting. Good luck.

It is not an easy thing to describe with typing. Go to a fabric store, and ask them to demonstrate on a new machine for sale. They are not exactly the same, but they are similar for the most part.

Each brand, and even some models in the different brands, are different!
Can you locate the website for your brand, and query them?
Is there a fabric center nearby? You might ask them!

If you do have eye-sight problem, suggest you use a needle threader. It is a small little device to aid those who may not be able to see clearly.
