Kayla you will know, it is hard to explain. Once you keep something on your mind and you have asked God for an answer or just something out of the blue and you will know it is him speaking to you.

Easy. The sky turns black as sackcloth at noon, there are thunderings and earthquakes in divers places; the fowls of the air and the beasts of the field retreat to their secret places, for fear is upon them. Then an 8-foot tall cactus swathed in purple flame appears and speaks His holy words in iambic pentameter using the voice of Busta Rimes.
Oops, sorry. That was just the tequila talking. Actually, I know it's God when I see His number on the Caller ID.

God speaks to us all differently. I disagree with "Pay" message. He does speak to us directly through His Spirit. Once we become saved, and His Spirit comes to dwell within us, He just does. Some people receive messages through others, dreams, directly, situations, circumstances, etc. God will speak to you in whatever way necessay to communicate with you. One good way of knowing is He will confirm what He has spoken to you, whether through another person or a situation/circumstance. He wants you to know His will, and wants you to ask Him for guidance. A good way I recommend - start keeping a journal of everything you think He has told or is telling you. Eventually you will see. Be patient and keep seeking His face. He loves you and wants you to seek Him. He WILL speak to you more and more as you begin to spend time with Him, and you will become more confident when He has spoken to you.

wow that is a powerful question? only you can answer. God works in mysterious ways. Sometimes things are good and sometimes he has a way of humbling us with tragedy. I believe God speaks to us on a daily basis, not only through actions or happenings but simple things like the wind blowing, or the stars shining brightly..... :)

Are you breathing? Well then, God is talking..He is saying Girl you are alive and I am by your side..You can hear him if you want to..it is blind faith that leads us...just because you don't see him doesn't mean he is not there..He is always there and talking in your ear..Sometimes we call is deja vu..but it is God's presences that we feel..it is the ever watching, ever caring, guardian of our lives, God..Now, listen......

we are no longer recieving messages from god directly like in biblical times but we can listen to him by following the principles and laws that the bible dictates for his followers.
