For our 1 year anniversary:
I got home from work, he was waiting for me, told me to get in the car we're leaving, he drove me up to Lake Tahoe for some dancing, a nice dinner, a show, and of course some gambling where he won enough money we acutally came back with money and didn't have to pay for anything.
It was fun and a long needed weekend away. (and yes we're still together, almost time for our 2 year anniversary)

My husband had a conference in Hawaii and took me along. He was busy 5 hours a day at meetings and I spent the time wandering the beaches and shops. It was a wonderful time. We spent a week on Maui and a week in Honolulu.
By the way, I am not with him now. I found out that he had been having an affair even then! What I thought was a wonderful romantic get away was his way of trying to keep me from guessing about the affair.

Well,actually it was i,who enjoyed the company/companionship of a lady i took to the Hawaiian islands for a little two week romantic getaway...
The weather is always near perfect there...
Slight breeze,beautiful flora,sunsets to die for...
And hey,we were lovers on an island paradise...
It was alot of exotic,and erotic fun...
And no,we broke up...
As i wasn't ready for marriage at that time in my life...
Hey,i was only 24 years old...
However she and i are very good friends to this day...
