Sure:
1) pick up a phone
2) call her
3) apologize for your side of things, and tell her that you want to be friends again.
That should do it.
Seriously. Even if you know she was in the wrong, all you have to say is something like, "Look, I hate fighting with you. I know we disagreed about this, and I'm not sure I understand your point of view, but I really want to be friends. Please? What can we do to be friends again?"

Spells can't mend relationships. Not really. A relationship is a living thing; it needs tended just like a plant or animal or a person. When there has been an injury, there needs to be healing. That can take time, depending on the depth of the hurt.
If you already apologized, and were sincere, just give her some cooling off time, k? If you were really tight to begin with, then trust her to heal on her side. You might want to call her in a week or so and see if she would like to meet you for a cup of tea or something. A neutral location might be best. That way you can talk things out (if it is needed).

I know one,but like any spell this one is based on chance and the casters ability. You have to meditate until you entrance yourself on the event in which your friend and you split. At this critical moment in time change the event within your mind and shift it into something else, a thought more constructive. Now, the last part of this is basically a sorry in any way you can. Yes, almost good enough alone, but if you do this your friends mind will be tapped by your spell and there is a high chance they may say in their head what the hell was the point of this problem?Makin it alot easier for them to accept the apology and get back on your path of friendship.

To use a spell to "force" another person into a situation that they don't want to be in will only backfire worse than you can imagine. If you do it then in a bit of time you will once again have a falling out or even a physical fight. The result may be the permanent loss of your friend. All you can do since you have already apologized is to let time and the goddess take control. This could be one of her lessons to you, your friend or both. If she is truely your best friend she will return if the goddess wills it.
Just remember the rule of 3.

It's a rule of thumb that we don't use magic unless there are no other options. Wouldn't it really be simpler to do it the mundane way?
Anyway, it would be morally wrong to use a spell to influence her. That's not kosher at all. All you could do would be to use a spell which would provide an open atmosphere for communication in a place where she would agree to meet you. You can facilitate what's already there, but you can't 'cause her' to do anything, it's wrong.

all the spells are about the power of will and believing. You could try to repeat for yourself something like ex.:"we can be friends again" or something else that you want. It is about auto-suggestion the power of thought that can affect your situation. You have to repeat this 30-50 times, 2-3 times per day, actually it was tested by some parapsychologists and it gave surprising results.
p.s. it doesn't affect the person's free will, in fact it affects you to deal with the situation and it will work if you will really believe in it.

it does not need any spells. a little bit of forgiving, forgetting, understanding & concern for each other is needed. don't worry. he/ she also must be feeling the same way.by the time u get my answer u both would have made up. very easy to get lot of friends but very difficult to get best friends. best wishes for your friendship. let it live for ever.

I am an expert.
Simple situation.
Just place your name and her name on a two small pieces of paper (longhand, first and last birthnames) and cover them with honey. Then light a candle on top and let it burn down. It will probably work, not always but usually. If it doesn't more serious measures are probably required.
But maybe you are better off without her? Think about it.

IMPORTANT: ANY spell that interferes with free will is WRONG and will not be blessed by the goddess.. remember the law of 3. If you try to control someone, someone will try to control you. This is not the way to be friends again. DON'T DO IT.
