Confidence. You will stand out of the crowd when you exude confidence. Don't worry about colored socks, or crazy hair.... that's negative attention. The only way to get the positive attention you seem to be seeking is to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Somewhere is the code saying what can and can not be worn with the school uniform. Anything not mentioned will get you notice. Just don't push it too far if education is important to you since they also have the power to suspend.

wear an inflatable swimming innertube around your waist as an accessory
liberty spike your hair
use body paint to paint any visible skin green
clear poncho over your uniform to protect it from the elements and leaky roof, what there is no leaky roof, (a few seconds with the drill) ahh a nice stream of water

there are a lot of things! wear funky bracelets or nacklaces. or add some pins to your shirt with cute/funny sayings. you could also put a colorful silk scarf or headwrap around your head. a bright and unique purse would be cool!

put on some awesome accessories in your uniform...! just like button pins,,, add some glam also to your hairstlye....! try using hip caps....! use different shades of cosmetics that will go well with the color of your uniform...!

maybe a cute scarf around your neck or something colorful in your hair jewelry would be nice to dress things up a bit

I am making mine look cute by making my hair look noticable and i am making my backpack and stuff extra cute so i can be noticed
