I agree with most of the above. I would add Paul Butterfield, Norton Buffalo, Little Walter, and the guy in Blues Traveler.
Other great harmonica players in non blues genres are Stevie Wonder (the Isn't She Lovely solo in particular) and Toots Thieleman. Toots is great. His genre is jazz.
