Once Upon a Time in Mexico by Robert Rodriguez. Also starring Salma Hayek, Antonio Banderas, Cheech Marin. Its apart of the Desperado trilogy. Its the 3rd installment. Aparently there was a movie before Desperado that started it all.

Once upon a time in Mexico. His character, agent Sands is secondary but he certainly steals the movie spotlight easily from Banderas.

Once upon a time in Mexico. Or it may have been Dead man if the movie was in black and white.
