If I get excited and high, my nipples usually harden and pointing straight out. My breasts won't be bigger than usual. I usually notice my breasts are bigger before I have my period.

Both can swell in reaction to the stimulation and excitement during sex. The nipple protrudes more, and the blood flowing to the area can cause breasts to look slightly enlarged.

the nipples are hard and the areola seems to shrink but the breast iself looks the same size.
