i would say MLK, because he is still so prevelant today. you hear is name everywhere, and there's a Martin Luther King Junior Dr. in every major city, plus the holiday, yep, definitely him.

Well, this is an opinion question really. I'd say MLK had a greater impact in general because he is better known to the average American (hell, he has his own holiday!)
