soap, water and a q tip always work. when you get rid of eyeliner, make sure there is no soap on the q tip or your will irritate your eye lid. mascara, you get a wet cloth, close your eye,and pull at your eyelashes until the mascara comes up. eyeshadow you can just wash off with water and soap.after all, why go out and buy things to get rid of makeup when all you need is right in your own house.

Well, you can either simply buy eye makeup remover, put it on a cotton ball and wipe it off and then wash your entire face with soap and water, or for a really economical way of doing it, get a large jar of Vaseline and spread it over your eyes and dab away with toilet tissue. Or, simply wash your face with a mild soap such as dove for sensitive skin.

Wash your face with a good mild face wash. Then take some cold milk in a bowl, dip a ball of cotton in it, squeese the excess milk, and use it to remove the eye make up. Cheap and easy!

I personally love the Avon moisture effective eye makeup remover lotion. It is very gentle, yet effective. I have tried others, but prefer the lotion, as you do not need any cotton pads to use it, just your fingers. There are other brands that make lotion removers as well, Nivea used to, not sure if they still do, I've used that as well, works just as nice.

Mary Kay Eye Make-up Remover and a cotton ball work great! I am not a big fan of most of their stuff but this is not oily.

I love the eye make-up remover from Arbonne. It's not harsh on the skin and gentle on your eyes. It wipes off eye make-up very easily and is safe for you to use.
