as a defensive line man is it legal to throw a offensive lineman into the running back? and this is high school football

That depends on how you throw him. A defensive player cannot grab and hold any offensive player unless he has the ball, that is defensive holding, though it is not called very often. However if you drive or shove an O-lineman into the ball carrier that would be fine.

D-line can do pretty much anything, so yes. Grab some jersey and toss the guy like a rag doll. lol

If you mean push/block one into a RB, yes. If you pick up and throw them or fling them like WWE you will get a flag for sure.

ill tell you what a coach who played for the raiders told me "everything is legal in the tackle to tackle box"

well yea kinda but dont make it obvious pretend u r blockin him and lift him a little and get him into the RB its not exactly allowed but hey wat the ref doesnt see is legal but the easiest way is 2 block and push him into the RB but b careful dont get a holding called on you:)
