i just got the weight and now i am stuck.

jump on the red couch cushin and you should fly up to the chandelier. it will say "use which item?" and the weight should be the only one you can select. it then moves the bookcase to reval a secret passageway

Oh, I remember this. You have to jump onto the couch in the front room on the first floor so you reach the chandelier and put the weight on it to bring it down. Once you've done that, you'll reveal a hidden passage.
