Canadians get free healthcare... They just add the expense into their taxes.

I have a disabled child and my family pays $600 a month for health insurance, while still having to pay out of pocket $1000 per year per family member, then 20% after we reach that deductible. We're in America.
BTW: You're right on Whitman. Only the very rich and the very poor can afford to have a disabled child in America. We are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy due to our crappy health care!!! (AND my son still doesn't even have a diagnosis because the doctors have thrown up their hands over him. They call him a mystery child.!!)

there's no debate from now on as a results of fact the bill became into signed into regulation in March. What human beings merchandise to is having to purchase coverage in 4 years so every person is roofed. To be low-value, every person is meant to cooperate and participate with the aid of getting a central authority subsidy or a tax credit yet once you dont purchase coverage, there's a tax criminal accountability of two.5% of your income once you report your return. This looks to have been a thank you to preserve the present inner maximum well being care device as a results of fact Congress did no longer decide to pass any government coverage, no longer to show known care as you have.

I pay $1250 a year for a crappy HMO called Blue Shield. I have a $2000 dollar a year deductible, which means that unless I have a kidney transplant or something expensive, my dues are a waste. And Prescriptions cost $10 to fill. Am I getting my money's worth, hell no. It sucks to be middle class in America, you're too poor to get good treatment and yet too rich to qualify for Medicaid.

Actually...many countries either don't have health care...or they have the socialized version of health care. Usually in places like Canada...the government takes like %60 of your check...but you never have to pay when you go to the doctor. It gets a bit more complicated when looking at it from country to country.
