go onto the desktop, right click properties and click on the appearance tab. then choose your font size.

If its just the text and you have a wheel on your mouse, You can hold the CTRL key while turning the wheel. Bigger and smaller. If its not that, or you dont have a wheel,Select the view menu, and select the text, and pick a size thats good for you..
If thats not what it is right click the desktop, and select advanced you can change the size by adjusting the slider...

go to the internet
on the toolbar (file edit view favorites tools help) click View, then click text size, and adjust the size of the words
