He spanked her for screwing around with all the homeless men and giving birth to such an ugly child. Lol. Just kidding! The doctor spanked her because he thought she was a hottie but naughty! (Doctor: *thinking* Damn! I should be the father of this gorgeous kid with the hot mom!)
