You mean in the entire country? Becuase it gets very confusing. They were joined in with the Cherokee about 30 years ago then fought to be distinguished again so it's hard to say.
I ca't find any info at all on how many are still in Delaware except that there are supposedly only 2 full-blood Lennni-lenape.

The Leni-Lenape, a name that preceded the Delaware, was once a strong nation in the Delaware, New Jersey, and New York areas. Now, much of them are situated in Oklahoma.
They are broken into two factions: The Delaware Tribe living in Bartlesville, OK, and the Delaware Nation living in Anadarko, OK.
The population of the Delaware is not known to me.
