I can't stand it! It's not the washing of the clothes that bothers me, it's just the rdundancy of folding the clothes before you war them. It has no point. I Hate folding clothes! Sorry for the vent, I'm a 20 year old housewife/ part time student that has way too much time to think about the 'lttle things' like this. but, please reply if you feel the same.

I don't hate putting the clothes in the washer or dryer, I hate folding clothes and hanging them myself. I try to do two things at once though that is what helps me. You will not notice how redundant it is if you do it while doing something you like. For example if you have a favorite TV show, tape it before hand and when it is laundry time watch it while you fold, you will be amazed at how quickly it gets done. But you are right, I hate doing it also, mostly because it never ends, there are no breaks.

No, You are NOT the only one. I DESPISE doing laundry. Every summer I had to go to the laundramat when I stayed at my grandmothers house. I think hours of boring laundry time burned me out before I could grow up. I never fold stuff except towels. I hang it all except underwear and socks and who folds them? I just stick them in the drawer. Who cares if they are wrinkled? I don't wear T-shirts except to bed so I stuff them too. When my daughter was older but still at home we made a deal: I did the dishes and she did the laundry. I sure miss her!

Absolutely. I don't mind the washer part, or the dryer process. But hate the putting away of all the clean laundry.

Which "guy" designed the laundry room the farthest from the bedrooms? And why exactly can't each house have 2 laundry rooms, we can have multiple bathrooms that tap into the hot water heater?

Hate it too......

It's either wash the laundry or wear dirty clothes. I don't waste the energy fretting over it. Besides, the washing machine takes care of the worst part.
