Big Fish is good.
Miracle (2004) is nice although i don't think it's actually a father-child movie, in a way... but it's good to watch it too. (actually for me it's a great movie...)

pay it forward teeaches good morals, so ur dad will like it for u, and it is a toatal chick flick, so of coars u will enjoy it. i thought mr. and mrs. smith was really good, but not really a father daughter movie.
