How can you answer, Alive..? there is no real proof, yet... we know a communist gov controls the stories...and news...who to believe.. Braxil newspaper hoursago reported Castro is hours from death.....stomach cancer....? he is and will be too ill to ever be in power again....is all this true....or just cray rumers....does anyone know the truth of casto,s health...?

He is alive. Everyone only acting all crazy about this because this is the first time he ever gave power away. People want him to die, so they can try and manipulate the brother how holds the power. I don't see the point in that either cause he is just as old as Castro. They need to worry about the person who succeeds him, give that Castro dies and the brother is given power.

He is most likely alive, but the press in Cuba is being used to shelter his condition. He is probably not very well off, so the party wants people to speculate while they are grooming successors.
