It totally depends on what you mean by "my page." Where is your page? Is this your own web site? If so, do you host it or do you pay a host? Or are you talking about something else--like your blog or something? Clarify what you're asking by adding details to your question. Find web hosting, learn html, and submit your site to the search engines every other day if you want anyone else to see them...
