Well, you can do just about any exercise that targets the abs. Two kids later, I found yoga beginner for abs by Yoga Zone to work great. However, there is a difference between belly fat and belly skin. If your skin is stretched out in that area, you can reduce alot of fat, but you will still always have that sagging pouch unless you get a tummy tuck. I went to my specialist in reference to the same problem. There was a girl here locally who was in her mid to late 20's she had two kids, worked at a plastic surgery place and saw them do tummy tucks every day. She finally decided to get one done. She had complications and it kept seeping, the drs. did all they could but sadly she passed away, leaving two small children and a husband behind. I thought it over and realized it is simply not worth the risk. Also, everytime you go under the knife, you get scar tissue from it. I watched a health show where a woman almost died from scar tissue from a tummy tuck a few years before. She said that it had the ability to wrap around your organs. Needless to say, my decision to not go through was complete after knowing all of that. I've already had 2 c-sections and each time you are cut, it becomes harder to heal in that area.

Cardiovascular exercise works best. The entire point of diet and exercise is to burn more Calories than what u consume, so resort to healthier food. Once u lose the fat, keep up a regular exercise to keep it off. U can enjoy ur favorite foods, but just keep it controlled.
