COULD BE INNER EAR INFECTION. DOES EVERYTHING SPIN WHEN YOU LIE DOWN? YOUR EQUALIBRIUIM MAY BE OFF BALANCE. SEE YOUR DOCTOR THERE ARE MEDS FOR THIS AND ABOVE ALL GET YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKED. SOME OF THE STORES HAVE BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINES. YOU ALSO DID NOT SAY HOW OLD YOU ARE OR HOW LONG YOU HAVE HAD THIS

It could be as simple as inflamation of the cranial nerves. I use the word simple only as it can be treated easilly.. not by anti-inflamatories either. Unless you want a long drawn out affair.They will ease the symptoms but will not correct the cause.

See a doctor. Get someone else to drive you. Could be concussion, vertigo, brain tumor, or inner ear imbalance, among many other things.
