There's something called Gimpshop that you can download that is just like Photoshop. It is free. The tools and menues might be called different or positioned differently, but it has the same things. If you are a student / teacher, you can purchase Photoshop or the full Adobe Creative Suite with a Huge discount. You will need a student ID / schedule to verify this.

Anything is possible. I've done it, but don't like disclosing how. There is a program called the gimp. It's a freeware clone of photoshop with lots of the same functionality. You need to download the g2k runtime file and the installer file.

You might try Emule. Download the client and do a search. Make sure you get the crack and/or keygen too.
