Yes because normal blood pressure us 120/80 now if your in pain then that might be why it's high and I would go to the doctors and if it goes to 150/80 then I would go to the emergency room!!

The blood pressure is really high for that age. Cut down on foods rich in calories and switch over to a vegetarian food. Eat good amount of vegetables, fruits and salad. Drink fruit juices and drink sufficient water daily. Brisk walking for one hour daily will help burn more calories. Dance for half an hour daily to shed your weight. Eat 2 garlic flakes cut into fine pieces and gulp with hot water on empty stomach before breakfast daily. Take 500 g fresh green marrow (Laukee in India), extract juice and drink on empty stomach daily to keep the heart active. Correct you constipation in the first place. If you get Triphala powder there, mix one tea-spoon powder in 200 ml water and soak for overnight. In the morning, boil that water to make it 100 ml. Add two-tea spoon honey and drink hot like soup and see the difference in 15 days. Take care and be in good health.

You can start by asking you physician rather than a group of unknown people who may lead you the wrong way. I'd check this b/p out with a medical provider. Blood pressure is effected by many things. . .and one of them could be when you took it. Was it after exercise etc. Good luck!

See a doctor. 120/80 is optimum.
If you smoke, drink or do drugs, quit.
