Jeff is definitely the funniest character on the show. I love "The Man With Two Legs" where he tells that absolutely gorgeous girl that he's only got one leg, and then when he realizes he's can't go to bed with her and her friend because she'll see he's lying, and he runs to Sally's butcher boyfriend (thinking he's a surgeon). Best part of the whole show. Some of my favorite quotes are...
Steve: Jeff, Jeff, I know about the giggle loop, the sock gap, the nudity buffer, and what you said to Audrey Watkins. Believe me, there is nothing you can possibly say that will surprise me. What’s gone wrong this time?

Jeff is funny as hell. My favorite episode, though, had to be the one where they went to the funeral of Jane's aunt and the guys were trying not to laugh at the funeral. Jane ended up laughing herself! But, before that, the guys were across the street, walking slowly. trying to imatate Resevoir Dogs! I wish that show would come back on. I wonder what Steve and Susan named the boy they had.

My favourite episode would have to be "Gotcha". I love Steve and Jeff, the things that they say just crack me up. However, my favourite quote belongs to Jeff...
