Well im not a biker but i am a runner and with this MIami heat i feel like i am a potatoe being baked! LOL...especially since i am new here and not accostumed to the temperature yet. All i do really is suck it up and keep on running until i am finished with my 5 miles for the day. Then i go home...relax for twenty minutes and fill my bathtub with ice cold water....and dump about 3-4 bags of ice in there. It helps with stiffness and soreness alot...atleast for me it does.

Goodluck hun!

You can buy bandannas you wear around your neck that have crystals in them which, when soaked in cool water for thirty minutes, will evaporate slowly and keep you cool for ten hours. Just Google "neck coolers" and you will get several options. People are making them for the troops overseas, Pitch in and help out, would ya'?
