Today I spent my day studying and setting up my mind to go ahead in life.
I learned that depending on somebody even he is a good person, makes you feel humiliated, since the one who provides the money decides what to do with it.
I learned that even though in one of my more critical moment of my life I will be able to find the way to move on . That praying to get independence can be listened, but then is difficult to start up facing the world by your own. That somewhere inside me the strength will give me the chance I waited for so long.
I realized that we marry a person for what we want him to be, and later we take distance because we finally were able to see the real person behind a nice smile and sweat words.
Found some new ideas about building up hope, dreaming about a new life while working very hard to obtain it.
I learned that nothing last forever, and it doesn't really matter.
For finishing this long answer, I found once in a sudden myself, and I felt so much better knowing that my daughter and me will go through life a lot happier than before.
That dreaming is necessary to believe even when we cannot see any light in our life.

Today I learned how to properly clean recently canned goods. Sometimes when I can beef stew, stroganoff, or whatever in Mason Jars, they spit out a little in the pressure cooking process. This is normal. Then one must clean the jars and rings while hoping the sealed lid stays attached.
I have generally used warm water to clean the jars quickly. WRONG!!! The warmth on the side of the jar can make the vacuum release. Then you have to go through the whole pressure canning process again, often causing meat products to be overcooked and mushy.
Today I figured out that if I use cold water to wipe down the jars instead, it maintains the vacuum and I also have nice clean shiny jars for storing products that will be so yummy this winter. The products are perfectly preserved and the jars look so nice on the storage shelf.

I learned that when I have the dog in the car with me I should put the groceries in the trunk if I am going to run briefly into another store. Instead I put the bag of meat on the floor in the front and told her to stay in the back. Well if you've read my other questions about this wonderful golden retriever puppy, you know she isn't the best behaved dog in the world. Fortunately I got back before she got her teeth into anything.

Horses need to be re-shod every 6 to 8 weeks; also Secretariat, the race horse, had a 22-foot-long stride!
(Typical adult human male has a 4-to-5-foot stride.)
