moisturizing will recude oil production. just make sure it's noncomodogenic. i use aveeno.
use something like clean and clear oil absorbing sheets throughout the day. (if you're cheap, they're made out of the same stuff as toilet seat covers, so you can just get some of those and cut them up.)

Try going to Superstore, they have the most affordable skin products. Raid the skin cream aisle and eventually you will find something that controls oily skin. That problem is sooo common now that you will not have any trouble finding the perfect products. It just takes some searching and confidence and some money. G-luck!!

This means you are not washing your face enough. Please don't think I am not saying you are not clean because this happened to me. I showered daily but never gently scrubbed my face with soap and warm water. This you have to do everyday even if you can't shower daily. This also means you are close to puberty if not already hit it. Your pores and body will be "spitting" out alot of oil and i would recomend using clearisil ultra pads. I have seen that many people use these and they are a charm. I think you use them everyday. Good Luck! hope this helps!!!!

the oil absorbing tissue papers work really well. You just kinda blot your face with them when you go to the restroom. You can do it right over your make-up.
