If it is stained, calloused skin, then go get a pedicure. If your toe has actually turned black, go to an emergency room now.

It depends. Do you mean the skin is black from dirt and that type of thing? Wash and use soft cleansers.
It some animals, a black tip of say their ear or tail is the symptoms of Gang Green (or however you spell it) Just so you know, it can be extremely dangerous.
I agree with the next statment.
