"Egger", a derivation of the Southern German (and Austrian) "egg(e)" refers to the location of a farmer/peasant's farm (it's related to High German "Eck(e)" (corner, nook)). Thus "Schwarzenegger" would translate as something like "the man now running the farm at the black-haired man's nook".
