MAC is a great all-around brand and less expensive than most department store brands.

For drugstore, I'm all about L'Oreal Paris! Everything actually works. Eyeliner goes on smoothly, eyeshadow is the colour it actually looks like in the package, concealer doesn't cake, etc. (:

Like you said, Maybelline! It's cheap, color tones are to my skin tones, and it's not easy for me cos I'm Asian and not many make up lines have the colors that are right and look good for me. Also, it's the so far the only brand that I don't break out too much to, and makes me look AND feel beautiful and comfortable in without putting too much make up on!

Well it all depends on what you enjoy and what feels right for you, but I have tan skin, brown hair and hazel eyes. I use Estee Lauter because I am 12 and my mom would never let me wear eye liner because she said it looked hootchie, but at Estee Lauter, I wear: Tanish-Brown eye shadow, Clear Mascara (it sculps ur eye lashes perfectly and volumizes them but doesn't get clumpy) No blsuh because my cheeks are naturally pinkish (lightly) but I used to use their Bronzer and since my eyes are usually green, I use a green eye liner on the top lid and it looks beautiful! Estee Lauter wipes off easily when you want it off but doesn't smudge and most of it is water proof. It is great for young people and old! My grandma wears makeup from there and looks GREAT! Hope this helps!

OMG... 2 months ago I switched from a liquid makeup to a mineral makeup powder. It's fabulous. Never creases, doesn't "melt" off in the heat. My skin has cleared up...I just can't say enough good things about it. I use i.d. bareminerals. I'll use that until I get too old to care. It's the best!!

For me it really depends on the item. For foundation: L'Oreal. For mascara: Maybelinne. For moisturizer and lipstick: Clinique. For eyeshadow: I like most brands except for Maybelinne and Cover Girl.

either bare escentuals/bare minerals (theyre basically the same thing) or covergirl. i love bare escentuals foundations cause they are light and even skin tone but their not liquids so they dont clog your pores, cake in fine lines, or weight you down. and covergirl has GREAT mascara and eyeshadow that stays on and in great varieties and colors, as well as blush and bronzer and stuff.

clinique- because their sensitive make up is unscented and dosn't irritate my skin
or cover girl because it never causes breakouts or acne. I also like how cheap all their stuff is and how every drugstore carries it.
