President, not because being a president is so great, but generally speaking I wouldn't want to risk being someone's dog.
Dogs are too often underappreciated or mistreated. If I could be one of my dogs, I'd come back as a dog. They have it made. But generally, all you have to do to find dogs not treated right, is to go to any parking lot in the heat of summer and you find some a** that is willing to leave his/her pup in the car. Very cruel.

I would definately come back a dog. Not even the most tempting offer could ever convince me to come back as a human being, especially as a president. I would at least have dignity as a dog.

A dog because the president has to worry about the well being of the country and the people in it... a dog doesn't have any worries.

That is a tough choice. The president is both loved and hated and has a great chance of being assasinated. A dog gets run over but is allowed to go wherever it wants. Do I have any other choices?

Dogs are smart,it's just to bad people have to abuse the poor things,so Im going to come back as the President,I would never want a human as my owner.

I'd come back as the president's dog. If you think about it, that's the lap of luxury... I bet I could even interrupt important policy meetings, and have my own secret service detail in charge of taking me out to potty.
